Harmony Hill Hosts LRRoC Dogs!
It's here- time for the festivities hosted by our good friends, Bill and Patti Skvarla, owners of Harmony Hill Vineyards!

Time: Sat June 20th, 2009 2pm-9pm
What to bring: Blanket or chairs, picnic or carry out food (the winery does not sell food), and of course your dogs are also welcome as long as they are social with people and other dogs.
We, at LRRoC are honored to be invited back to this beautiful winery estate for an afternoon and evening rich with tasty award winning wines and a little something for everyone. You will find featured at Harmony Hill Vineyard:
- "The Farmer's Market" from 2-6pm which features local beef, lamb, vegetables, eggs, cheese, artisan breads and more (www.hhwines.com/htm/farmersmarket);
- Dennis Spencer, Pet Artist: Dennis Spencer, an extremely talented pet artist, has agreed to show his gallery on 'The Hill' all weekend, plus man the easel from 2p-6p Saturday, creating pastels works for anyone who cares to bring a photo of their favorite pet. It goes without saying, that as always on 'The Hill', your four legged friends are welcome. www.librasoulimages.com;
- Alex Fekkos 2-5pm: Primarily a songwriter, Alex has been studying and honing his craft for the better part of 10 years. As a member and coordinator of the Cincinnati chapter of NSAI, Alex has been able to learn from some of the best local writers in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. With his music influenced from Waylon Jennings to John Denver, Alex’s songs and stories are ultimately used to reflect and relate to his audience. www.myspace.com/alfekkos ;
- Dan Meakin 5-9pm: Dan Meakin for an evening of solo performance. Dan's style coupled with 60s-90s favorites are sure to please all.
- LRRoC Dogs for Adoption will be at the event as well as volunteers on hand to "lab gab" about our dogs. There will also be a representation of alumni dogs that are "LRRoC graduates" with their family. Bring your dog(s) and have some fun at this great event!
